About Me

For over a decade my passion has been learning to grow and thrive, to set and achieve big goals, to overcome my own personal challenges of insecurity and depression, and now perhaps in sharing my own stories to inspire and help you break through any of these obstacles that are holding you back as well.

I've been teaching for ten years. I worked as an ASL interpreter for a few years when I was a new teacher, I taught American Sign Language to high-school students in public schools for eight years, and now I am working with families that homeschool.

Teaching in the public school system taught me so much about being true to myself and how to better love and serve others. I've had the honor and challenge of working with over 1,000 students and their families, working with teachers and administrators, and learning to set healthy work boundaries while being the best teacher I can be. 

Though I have a lifetime of growing ahead of me, I've learned so much the past ten years about relationships, achieving goals, working with people, personal growth and development, and the organization and steps necessary to thriving in all these areas.
